Before Work Starts

We assess and clean selected small batches of belongings affected by contamination or persistent odours. Send an item list and photos, together with the suspected source and any previous treatments, so we can review the work before transport is arranged.

What We Review

Items may include removable fittings, storage containers, washable covers and other contents with accessible affected surfaces. We consider each item’s material and condition, and confirm acceptance, delivery, collection and storage arrangements in advance.

Cleaning or Replacement?

We recommend treatment according to the material, the contamination and whether cleaning is practical. Where replacement makes more sense, we explain that before work begins.

What the Quote Covers

Your quote identifies the accepted items, cleaning scope and handling requirements. A trial treatment or testing can be arranged where useful. Any testing is defined in the quote; odour improvement alone does not confirm contaminant removal.

After Treatment

We provide a record of the items treated, work completed and any recommended next steps. If the source of contamination or odour remains uncertain, we can discuss a separate source investigation.
