Important Information
During the cleanup process, porous materials that cannot be effectively decontaminated may need to be removed, depending on the extent of contamination.
This may include heavily contaminated carpeting, subflooring, or other porous building materials that have been penetrated by blood or other bodily fluids. Removing these materials is often necessary to eliminate contamination and help prevent persistent odors.
Our trauma and biohazard cleanup services are focused on emergency contamination removal, decontamination, and site stabilization. Replacement or reinstallation of removed building materials is not included in our scope of work. Once the affected area has been properly cleaned and decontaminated, customers should arrange for restoration or reconstruction with a contractor or replace the materials themselves.
