Scenesafe MS for Drug & Explosives Trace Detection

 

Rent a Scenesafe MS portable mass spectrometer for field screening of drug and explosive traces. Equipment rental is available to institutional clients whose personnel complete our equipment-use training. A Scenesafe operator can also be arranged at an additional charge.

Rental Pricing

 

Three-day reference rental price: CA$2,000 per instrument.
Each additional calendar day: CA$550 per instrument.

 

The minimum rental period is three calendar days. Weekends and public holidays count toward the rental period. Outbound and return shipping time is excluded.

 

Initial equipment-use training is included in the three-day reference rental price. Sampling consumables must be purchased separately at CA$3.50 each.

 

Long-term rentals and operator services are quoted separately. Deposit requirements depend on the rental arrangements.

 

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax. Shipping and long-distance travel charges are additional.

 

Training & Operator Options

 

When Scenesafe delivers the instrument, initial training takes place at the client's site. Training arrangements for distant locations are discussed separately.

 

Clients may operate the rented equipment after completing our training, or request a Scenesafe operator at an additional charge. Contact us to discuss the technical support available during your rental.

 

Delivery & Rental Areas

 

Our primary rental areas are Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. Larger rental requirements in other Canadian provinces may be considered. Please contact us to discuss the details.

 

Scenesafe delivery may be arranged in selected areas. Other locations, including remote areas, require specialist logistics with declared-value coverage. Delivery methods and charges are confirmed for the destination.

 

Booking & Support

 

Please arrange your rental three weeks in advance so equipment delivery and initial training can be scheduled.

 

Include your organization, intended application, project location and requested rental dates when making an inquiry. Long-term rates, operator availability, deposits, distant training and technical support are discussed for your rental.

 

Detection Scope

 

Scenesafe MS supports drug and explosives trace screening. The instrument's configured detection targets and suitability for your application are confirmed before rental.

 

Results relate to the samples collected and the instrument's detection capabilities. The equipment is not intended for testing human samples.
