Returns

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Defective or incorrect items, customers should notify us within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped.

Quality Concerns

Any quality issues must be reported within 30 days to be eligible for return and refund.

We determine pricing through an on-site assessment. The cost depends on the size of the area and the complexity of the cleanup; a complex scene with extensive biohazard contamination may be much more expensive to clean than a small area.
Are drug testing kits available for purchase?

We provide and sell unknown multi-panel drug test device to business, department of enforcement. However, we do not sell test kits to individuals. Our services focus on professional biohazard cleanup and complete contamination solutions.
