We use our own-brand ScenoMS portable mass spectrometer, supplied by specialist manufacturing partners. We do not use other brands' portable MS or IMS instruments for our field testing. We feed real-world results and performance issues back to our suppliers and manufacturers to drive improvements.

In trace drug detection, popularity and sales volumes do not decide our instrument purchases. We remain open to comparing different products side by side.

Hands-on testing, comparisons and research give us confidence in its accuracy, sensitivity and performance. In our own post-cleaning checks, few drug decontamination jobs completed by cleaning companies have met our testing criteria.

We refuse to promise “no residue left” or “zero residue guaranteed”—in any tender, private job or commercial project. Our commitment is to reduce residues as far as practicable and minimize the likelihood of strong positive findings after cleaning, using the agreed sampling and testing methods. Passing a test does not prove zero residue.

We use rapid kits or Field MS as the project requires. Your report records sampling locations, methods, results and limitations.

Marketing is not our strength. Doing the work responsibly is our priority. We owe our clients accurate facts and a clear account of our capabilities and limitations.
